Kuroiwa Yumi was from Kobe. She studied in America at the age of 17. She won the Academy Award for overseas training at the University. From this time, she aimed to become a cabin attendant, but after graduation she went to a banquet company. When she was 25 years old, she challenged her dream. All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. boarding as an international CA. She served as chief parser and foreign new staffs education coordinator. In the active period, passed the national qualification hotel restaurant service technician examination. Retired after marriage and childbirth. Few years later, returned to the world of sky as a CA again. In November of 2007, company established (Human Network Service Co., Ltd.) in active period. And retired CA in the same year. In 2008, became Kobe Banquet Produce Vice President. In the same year, she was certified as a "Hospitality Senior Consultant“ by CIH (International Hospitality Research Center). She assumed the President of Kobe banquet produce Co., Ltd. in 2009.

Vivian was from Hong Kong. Major in fashion and art at Tokyo Kasei University. In 1994, she established a trading company in Hong Kong, and dealt with Japanese major trading companies for many years, and in 2003 established a factory and trading company jointly with Japanese company. She managed the company of branding marketing with the experience of OEM, ODM and OBM for nearly 25 years. She served as a consultant for international brands such as Tonino Lamborghini, Van Gogh, Fiorucci, and Marie Claire, and as a special advisor to Japan China Economic Exchange Association, she was invited by the Japan Cabinet Office giving guidance to Japanese female entrepreneurs.

Tuzuki Fujio joined Suer Market Daiei and worked in United States, then returned Japan for the re-construction of Lawson. He was expanded to 3000 stores during his worked in Lawson when the number of stores that had only 80 stores at that time just one step before bankrupts. It grows rapidly to the convenience chain which represents Japan of the national development. After that, he became independent of the President of the listed company. At present, consulting, corporate advisor and lecture are held. He is also active in the support of small and medium enterprises, Agriculture and rural communities as the Tutor of the Japan Cabinet Office , the regional industrialization missionary, the sixth industrialization planner, and the Chairman of Japan Federation of agricultural and commerce cooperation.

Served in two major airline companies as international flight cabin attendant for 12 years. Also got First class qualification. While she was under the companies, she was selected as a quality verification project and CSR related to the new service. Currently, she is responsible for various events and lectures, comprehensive support for VIP and management of customer support desk. She is involved in the development of “Omotenashi concierge®“ too.
